GOOD LEADER

There are many different characteristics of a good leader. First of all, good leader should have the wisdom to keep the situations in good level. For example, if the any problem happened between two groups, the leader should be wise and listen to each group, after that he should take the dissection after a lot of thinking in short time. Second, the leader should be patient, because in the hard time when the problems are getting worse and worse, in that time the good leader should start to solve them one after one, and how to do that, he should be patient. Also, the leader should mange his time correctly. For example, he should put some time for his work, few hours to listen to his members if they have any difficulties. There, the leader has to do all his work on time, because if he doesn’t do his work in time, those effects on the others work. In conclusion the good leader should be hard working and potion.
